Terms and Conditions
By signing up for an account you are agreeing to these terms:

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account at any time for any reason.
With any luck we'll never have to take advantage of this right, but it may become necessary if your account is breached, if payment is long overdue, or if you breach the acceptable use policy (below).
In the event that we are forced to suspend or cancel your account you will be refunded for any pre-paid services, and you will be given an opportunity to retrieve your files and data from the server.

Your account explicitly has no warranty or guarantee that it is fit for any particular purpose.
However, we will do everything in our power to keep the server running smoothly. We will notify you well in advance of any scheduled downtime or maintenance and such downtime will be kept to a minimum.

You agree to fully indemnify Gypsy hosting against all claims for loss or damages by any third party in respect of activities conducted on your account.
Acceptable Use Policy
You may not use your account for any purpose that violates United States law or the laws of the state of Kansas (where Gypsy hosting is based).
You may not put illegally copied commercial software, media files, or any other copyright content for which you do not hold the copyright or have the copyright holder's permission.
You may not use your account to host pornographic material.
You may not use, or permit the use of, your account for network abuse; the bulk sending of any kind of unsolicited traffic including but not limited to email, SMS, or instant messages. Seriously, if you send spam from our servers we'll send a large man with a baseball bat to break your kneecaps.
You may not use your account to host, develop, or promote any software designed for network abuse.
You will be held personally responsible for all activity conducted under your account; this means you must hold any guests to these same standards.
Payment policy
All fees are due in advance.
Bandwidth overages will be billed directly to you at our cost on the next month's bill. We will continually monitor the server's bandwidth and notify you if it appears you may be headed for overage charges.
All payments are non-refundable.
