Support

For all your support-related needs, email support@gypsyhosting.com. Officially you get two hours a month of free support time before I have to start billing you, but routine support requests don't count against that time. Routine support requests include:

• Package installation (I'll install any package in Ubuntu as long as it won't impact the server's performance in some way)
• Set up of new email aliases or media server domains.

Additionally, if there's something screwy on the server and it's not your fault, you obviously won't be charged.

Emergencies

First, let's all pray that you never need to use this information.

Shit happens, though, and if it does ohcrap@gypsyhosting.com will sound the alarm. This goes directly to my cell, so keep it short -- just tell me what's wrong and how I should reach you to help (email, phone, whatever).

Please only use that address if it's a real emergency.
